Cyril S. Yuen is a prominent figure in feng-shui. His knowledge and expertise in feng-shui was handed down from his family. Cyril has been conducting research on ancient feng-shui texts for years. He is renowned for providing feng-shui consultancy to celebrities and enterprises in Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia, USA and Canada. He is also a consultant for a transnational architecture firm where he applies feng-shui techniques to help optimize contemporary architectural designs.


Cyril also learned the art of feng-shui and I-Ching name analysis (a form of Chinese anthroponymy) from several notable experts. His book, The Aspects of Feng-Shui, gives a comprehensive analysis of the feng-shui culture and its influence in the Western world, while his other book, Nominative Determinism, discusses how your name determines your fate and provides suggestions on naming babies based on traditional and modern theories.


Having graduated with an engineering degree from McGill University in Canada, Cyril also obtained the Diploma in Translation from the Chartered Institute of Linguistics in the United Kingdom. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) qualification granted by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). He is a member of Mensa, the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world. His articles are easy to understand, and they blend seamlessly into Chinese and Western cultures.
