Cyril S. Yuen is a prominent figure in feng-shui, carrying a wealth of knowledge and expertise passed down through his family. With years of dedicated research on ancient feng-shui texts, Cyril has become well-known for his consultancy services, which he has provided to celebrities and businesses across Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Canada. In addition to his private consultations, Cyril serves as an advisor for a multinational architectural firm, where he integrates feng-shui principles to enhance contemporary architectural designs, ensuring harmony with the surrounding environment.

 

Cyril also studied feng-shui and I-Ching name analysis (a traditional Chinese form of anthroponymy) under several esteemed masters. His book, The Aspects of Feng-Shui, offers a comprehensive exploration of feng-shui culture and its influence in the Western world. His other work, Nominative Determinism, discusses how names can impact one’s fate and provides advice on naming practices for newborns, blending both traditional and modern theories.

 

With an engineering degree from McGill University in Canada, Cyril also holds a Diploma in Translation (DipTrans IoL) from the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and recently earned the Certified Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst (CESGA®) qualification from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS®).
